Terms of Service

Effective date: April 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BWORLDS platform and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by Vulk Corp ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BWORLDS is a SaaS platform that helps AI app builders assess readiness, fix issues, and monetize their apps. The Service includes readiness scans, automated fixes, monitoring, storefront management, and related features accessible at app.bworlds.co.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@bworlds.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create accounts using automated means, share your account with others, or use the Service on behalf of a third party without their explicit consent.

3. Subscriptions and Tokens

Plans

The Service is offered on a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Business). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are listed on the pricing page.

Tokens

AI-powered features consume tokens from your plan's token balance. Tokens are replenished each billing cycle and do not roll over. Additional top-up tokens may be purchased and are non-expiring while your account remains active.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable plan fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time on a cancelled subscription. Refunds for billing errors are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact contact@bworlds.co.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process or store illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization
  • Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
  • Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing mechanisms
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service in a way that impairs performance

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of your apps, configurations, and data ("Your Content"). By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, interfaces, logos, and documentation, is owned by Vulk Corp and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Readiness scan results and automated recommendations are informational and do not constitute legal, security, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any findings.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VULK CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vulk Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
