Production out of email threads, and an app that holds

The context

The Good Fab is a French B Corp designing sustainable corporate gifts and branded merchandise. Behind every order: producers, back-and-forth, files, deadlines. Real production coordination.

The Good Fab's production tracking app: the orders board, with clients, producers, statuses and deadlines.

The challenge

That tracking lived scattered across email, WhatsApp and Excel. Lost files, buried updates, no single view. Pierre Tucoulat, co-founder, is not a developer. He still built the solution himself: a production tracking app, created with Lovable. It quickly outgrew the side-tool stage: the team and the producers use it every day. And that is where the question changes. While an app is an experiment, nobody worries. When it runs production, someone has to stand behind it.

An order's detail view in the app: production steps and date negotiation with the producer.

The solution

The app runs under BWorlds monitoring, 24/7: uptime, errors, sessions. Problems surface before anyone is hit by them. Pierre keeps control of his code and his pace: the audit is read-only, fixes are guided, he publishes.

The results

Five people use the app every day, the team and the producers, with 20+ users planned as suppliers come onboard. Pierre keeps shipping himself, at the pace of the requests: "She needed a feature this morning. I told Lovable to build it. I published it. Live the same morning."

"I'm stunned by how fast I can build."
